電話業(yè)務、客服咨詢都是公司里經(jīng)常會碰到的問題。雖然快捷高效，但是由于通話雙方都見不到面，很可能當對方說了一大堆后，你還是懵逼狀態(tài)，不止所以然。因此，在電話中談業(yè)務時除了要記下關鍵句詞以外，還要注意一下幾點：

(1)要清楚的介紹自己，并確認接電話的對方是否是自己想要找的人。

情況一：接電話剛好是你要找的人。

A: Hi, I am Tom. May I speak to Peter?

你好，我是湯姆，請問皮特在嗎?

B: This is Peter speaking.

我就是皮特。

B:That's me.

我就是。

情況二：接電話的人不是你要找的人。

A:May I speak to Mr. Li?

請問李先生在嗎?

B: He's not here right now.

他現(xiàn)在不在這里。

B: What bad luck! He's not at home.

真不湊巧!他出去了。

B:He is in conference and cannot come to the telephone.

他在開會，沒空來接電話。

B:You've just missed him.

情況三: 接電話的人轉交電話給你要找的人。

Hold on a moment, please, I will call him for you.

（2）留口信。

Shall I take a message for her?
